The Mercedes CLK GTR is one of the most amazing automobiles on the face of this earth. I have had the wonderful opportunity to see this car in action on two occasions, and I must say, I was incredibly impressed. If I were rich, I would own one of these cars.

As for the C112, Keith Gutsell was nice enough to send me this description from the World Encyclopedia of Cars: "There was a follow-up to the C111, logically called the C112. It appeared at the 1991 Frankfurt Show as a mock-up, by which time Mercedes-Benz was convinced that the market for such a supercar was not right - probably correctly, given Jaguar's experiences with the XJ2220. The C112 would have been a stunning 6.0 litre V-twelve powered mid-engined supercar. Mercedes even took orders for it (700 were received), but returned them all."

The Vision SLR is one of the most striking concept cars I've ever seen. My hope for this car is that Mercedes brings it into production, and remains as true to the concept as Dodge did with the Viper.

I don't know anything about the racing truck, other than that the picture looks really cool. But I'm sure it's probably faster than many sports cars. I can't imagine getting sideways in such a large vehicle.
